What Is Delle?
Delle Dining is an Atlanta based food establishment by Chef Nadia Deljou. Here at Delle, we offer in-home multi-course private dining for intimate gatherings, catering services, and pastry service for bulk corporate and private orders.
Delle is a Farsi word that references both the heart and the stomach, connecting Nadia’s passion for food to her Persian roots. It is often said that the way to the heart is through food. Here at Delle, Nadia uses food as a way to awaken the heart.
Delle is a culmination of Nadia’s experiences growing up in the art industry, working in the music industry, and finding herself in the culinary industry. She curates multi-cultural events that challenge conventional restaurant culture. At Delle, you’re encouraged to engage with Nadia’s cooking through all the senses, that will inspire a greater conversation.
For foodies and non-foodies alike, Chef Nadia passionately draws you into her world of cuisine. She colorfully explores the flavors of a given area, paired with music from the same region. Her food is bright and herbaceous. Her work is intentional and authentic, as she finds joy in sharing with others. Beyond all, Delle is intimate, memorable, and unique.
